For Cove Assist, the Microsoft 365 licence is provided by a trusted third-party partner and invoiced directly to you. We handle the management, administration, and IT support aspects of Microsoft 365. The total advertised price (available under the "Pricing" section at the top of the page) includes both the licence cost (billed by the partner) and our support services (billed by us). This ensures transparent billing with no hidden fees.
Disputes or changes related to the licence must be resolved with the third-party partner, and their terms are provided upon subscription. See the "Terms" section at the top of the page for more details.
Our contracts offer flexibility based on your needs:
- Pay As You Go - No minimum service period; terminate with one month's written notice.
- 1-Year or 2-Year Plans - Minimum service period as specified; early termination requires 30 days' notice and payment of early termination charges, including the remaining balance of charges for the period and any third-party licence costs (e.g., Microsoft 365) committed on your behalf.
- General Termination - You can terminate immediately for our material breach (unremedied within 30 days) or our insolvency. We can terminate for your breach, non-payment, or other specified reasons. Upon termination, we cease services and delete your data.
